U-PICK-IT gives you the ability to purchase quality used auto parts for an affordable price. The process of finding the parts you need begins when you pay a low entrance fee to gain access to the salvage yard. To make your trip to the yard as productive as possible, here are a few tips to consider before your visit:

• Because auto parts are usually interchangeable from one vehicle model to another, before you enter the yard, please consult one of our staff members for a list of vehicles that may have the part you need. We keep an inventory of the 1,600+ vehicles in our yard, but we do not keep inventory on individual parts.

• We provide wheelbarrows, carts and engine hoists at no cost to assist in removing and hauling parts. Your safety is our priority, so please use these aids to prevent injury when removing and carrying parts.

• We also offer basic loaner tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) but do not have electrical outlets. We recommend you bring your own tools and battery-operated power tools suitable for removing the parts you’re looking for.

• Some auto parts (such as brake assembles and axles) come complete with attached or associated components. Each component is purchased individually, so please remove attached or associated components if you do not need them.

• Bring a lubricant such as WD-40 to help loosen stubborn parts from a vehicle. In addition, please bring a flashlight so that you will be able to see parts located in the more recessed areas of a vehicle.

• When pulling larger parts from vehicles, bring at least one helper to assist. All persons should wear durable clothing and keep in mind clothing may get dirty or torn in the process of finding and pulling parts. For safety, we require that you wear closed toed shoes or boots. Sandals, crocks, flip-flops, etc. are not allowed.

Refunds are not available, though we do offer a 180-day warranty program for an exchange or store credit.

We do not sell vehicles from our salvage yard. Vehicles can be purchased in “as-is condition” from our For Sale lot out front. Please call or ask a front counter associate to ask about pricing and condition.

Cash, debit and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

Pets on leashes are permitted.

No cigarettes, alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises.

No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the yard.

We monitor our yard 24/7 with security cameras. Anyone caught breaking glass, otherwise destroying property or knocking cars off stands, will be trespassed and pay for everything they broke.
